WTB Spare Rial Basketweave 16x8

I am looking to buy a spare Rial basketweave rim in 16x8 et 11 prefer a 1983 year stamping but it doesn't matter much. The rim just has to be straight without much curbing. Here is a picture of what I'm looking for. Might also be interested in a pair of 16x9 fatboys also, but I don't have much money. Thanks for looking!

Contact me either via PM or benzbaron at gmail dot com, thanks!

not 100% sure, but I thought RJMBurgess had one he was selling. Last I recall it was on eBay. That was a while ago though. Not sure if he sold it or not.

I sold mine a month or two ago - it was in perfect condition too.

Here's a pic of what I'm looking for. I just figure if anyone out there has just one and they can't use it I would be interested. I'm not under any real pressure to buy one yet so I figure I'll just put this up and if I find one in a week or 2 months it doesn't matter. I am financially constrained so the spare needs to be priced accordingly. These will definitely looks tits on my car so it will be worth the wait. The only thing is the roads here in California are getting really bad, the other day I hit a 6-8in pot hole in my pickup! I figure these rims would be for special events, but I'd keep the bundts for everyday driving and long haul runs as they soak up abuse pretty well.

If worse comes to worse I'll find a BBS RA in 16x8 trim to use as a spare.

Thanks for any help or leads, I do appreciate it.

"If worse comes to worse"? From what I've read the BBS RA's are a superior product?

Maybe so... but he's after a matching set.

How are the BBS RA superior? In which ways? The last RA I saw in person had a nice kink in it but roads here in california are rough at best.

I figure an RA is close enough to act as a spare, but prefer a set of 5 Rial.

I don't know really - it's just what I've heard on forums in the past, never dug into. Might just be a brand name thing. I've got a very nice set of RA's but two are 16x8 and two are 16x7 for the front. That and they have direction-specific tires on them, plus I doubt that size of a spare would fit in the spare tire well, so I intend to just leave some Bundt wheel or something in for the spare whenever I get around to using them.

Here it was. I wonder what it sold for on eBay. Looks to me like you missed the boat.

I like BBS RAs, but I wouldn't consider buying a set unless it was really cheap. Rials basketweaves on the other hand are possibly my favorite wheels.

Trust me Fonz I saw that rim for sale but didn't have any money then. My bank account is like a sinusoidal curve, it goes up and I buy too much crap, then I'm broke and have to save, rinse and repeat.

If I really want a spare rial there is always ebay.de, but I don't even want to think about buying parts in euros plus shipping.
