We are all greatfull you three people don't represent the rest of the group. Thank you for your help.
Your original post has very little information
Not sure what you expect to get back as a responce, your sending the forum on a hunt.
Why not just take a few extra minutes and say some things about the car that are meaningfull.
I did go to autotrader and at that time there were 3 88's listed in the lower 48.
Asking which one of the three is the one your selling is an appropriate question.
Also in your forum post history you did say you sold an 88 a year ago, asking if this is the same car is also an appropriate question, (which you haven't answered yet).
New members selling stuff, and seemingly holding back common information automatically come under suspision.
You continue to hold back information, why?
Your post ad here lends itself to questions, which you are quickly defensive of.
Simply speaking, there is a spectrum of ad quality ranging from excellent to very bad. Frankly what you posted here is near the bottom.
I'm interested in TE's I'll probably buy one when the right oppurtunity comes up.
If you have a good one for sale, then speak up and tell the forum whats good about it. Or if it's a parts car, say that as well, honesty goes a long ways..
As far as representing the "rest of the group", I don't pretend to represent anyone, but then again you are a member with 9 posts, trying to sell something to other forum members without providing the details everyone normally looks for.
Rather than take offence, and take on an attitude of insult, just post some more information here that is meaningfull.
If you are honest and have something for sale that is worthwhile to one of the members you may get lucky...
Calm down, accept the fact that your first post doesn't have enough info, and your second reply is making folks more suspisious, just correct it and add some meanfull information.... even a link to the sale would have worked, is that too hard to do?
