I have decided to go ahead and sell my 84 300D since I don't have the time to put into more than one car right now.
The odo reads 347K but has only worked sporadically since I got the car about 6 months ago. I have put about 5k miles on since I bought it and about $500 in new parts.
I have changed the oil cooler hoses, adjusted valves, changed oil pan gasket, new bilstein comfort rear shocks, changed the rear axles and new differential mount.
The car has rust in the floorpan and a small spot at the base of the rear window but that's all I know of however I'm sure there is more. The a/c did work when I bought the car but the compressor would lock up so I disconnected the power to the clutch to prevent any issues and the system is still charged with r134. The heat will melt your face off. All windows and the sunroof work. The only major issue right now is a pretty nasty oil leak that I think is the turbo drain line however I haven't investigated it further.
The blue interior is in decent shape with the typical cracked dash and cracking wood trim. The seats are free from any tears but the driver seat must have a broken spring since it will tilt you to the left. The passenger and rear seats are fine.
This car is no show queen but its not a complete beater either and should make a good driver.
These pictures are a few months old and I have removed the tints since these were taken. The pictures also do not show the flaking of the clear coat on the roof and trunk.
The car is located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast just outside of New Orleans.
