1998 E320 Parts

Hi every one I have a 98 E320 that the key cylinder just died on and I can't afford to fix so I'm wanting to part as much of the car out before I scrap it. The engine has 264K on it and still runs... well ran strong. I replaced the brakes about 13k ago so they're fairly new. The body went through a hail storm so it's pretty dented on the hood and roof.

I really need to get rid of the car before I go to basic training so I'll take any reasonable prices.

I'm sorry I don't have any pictures, since the car is sitting in the shop yard but I'll post some as soon as I can.

Location. Color in and out ? Why part the car out? Sell it to someone that can fix it.

I think I would sell it "as is" too. I've never parted out a car and I fully realize you might get more money that way, but it's going to be a hassle.
