Don't know how all this eBay listing stuff is gonna show up in the thread, LOL!

In a nutshell, 1998 S320 LWB, 141k miles, not perfect but lots put into it recently...black on black. Car is located in northern CA.

PM me for more details! Asking $6500 but open to negotiation...I've fallen on hard times and just can't keep her up the way she deserves...and I'm already into her about 9 grand.

Will also consider trades up/down for/towards a Ford F-series 4x4 or Bronco, extra or crew cab...I live in the mountains and right now the truck would be better for me. I'll buy another CL500 sometime!

1998 Mercedes S320 LWB 140 Chassis
  • Item ID: 150656053593
  • ZIP Code: 95370
  • Price: $6500.00
  • Description: 1998 Mercedes S320 Long Wheel Base, 140 chassis - the last of the "overengineered" Mercedes S-class cars. Loaded with just about every convenience Mercedes offered, combined with the fuel efficiency of an inline 6 cylinder engine - the lowest MPG I've logged is 18 and the highest is over 25, impressive for a 4,500 pound car. Classic black on black. New Michelin MXV4's, spark plugs, air filter, oil change and filter, front brake pads and rotors, front shocks, front O2 sensor and mass air sensor. Second California owner. Now the bad - more door dings than I care for. Check engine light occasionally comes back on - the same error code keeps coming up to replace the O2 sensor which has already been done - driveability is NOT affected...dealer's typical throw-parts-at-it suggestion is to replace the engine management computer or just live with it. A/C blows cold but occasionally vents want to move to defrost position under throttle - was told a small vacuum solenoid leak. Other than that the car's in great shape and everything else (including the door-close assist) works fine.
