For Sale W123 Headlight Harness Part 2
The first pic shows the Bussman module with the lid off. The harness utilizes 4 relays for the high/low beam headlights, and one relay for the fog lights. Each headlight element has it's own fuse and relay. The fog lights are protected by a single fuse.
The other two pictures show how the new harness wires (12 gauge) connect to the connector on the back of the headlight bucket and how the new harness wires (16 gauge) connect to the vehicle headlight connector that gets unplugged from the drivers side headlight bucket.
I build these to order, and can build one for you. Price for the harness is $190 + $15 shipping anywhere in the USA. Send me a PM with any questions. Or send an email to wiredwagon at comcast dot net
I got started building headlight harnesses when I restored my 1988 Toyota Landcruiser. I have built well over 100 since then. Older Landcruisers suffer from the same weak headlight issues as older Mercedes.
