FS: SLK 350 OEM 10 spoke wheels (DC area)

I'm selling my 17in factory 10 spoke wheels. They are 17x7.5 in front and 17x8.5 in rear. They each have some curb damage on them and one is slighly bent. Please let me know if interested. The tires they require are 225 45 ZR17 fronts and 245 40 ZR17 rears. I do not have tires to sell with them.

Local sale would be best, but can ship if needed.
will entertain any offer

Can you show a close up pic of the curb rash and bent rim?

And what part of DC are you in?

I've tried them on just to see what they would look like on my 16v some time ago. There are still stock wheels on the left side of the car, so it is a bit tilted to the left.....

Someday I'll come up with something very clever instead of this

^^^looks really cool!

I'm in NW DC... actually just down the street from silver spring. maybe 10 minutes south on georgia ave. And Fairfax VA is just a hop skip and a jump away... if you're interested.

i'm having difficulty getting good pictures that you requested. however, on the 3rd picture down, at roughly 9 oclock, you can see the bent rim. Its just slightly bent... but if you look closely, you can notice a little bend in the outter rim. Its a 17x7.5 (front) rim.

i'll be away with limited internet access all day. feel free to email me at richardhschons@gmail.com as I have email access on my smart phone.

Did you ride with them on at all? If so, any rubbing?

And does the bent part of the rim effect tire pressure? Ride quality?

the bend is very very minimal. I've continued to drive on it (approx. 300 miles since i found the bend) and no difference in ride quality or tire pressure. I actually took it to American Service Center off Glebe Road in Ballston and was advised that it wasn't even worth repairing. That small of a bend shouldn't ever become an issue unless you were to bend it further. I had already made up my mind to order new rims, or I'd still be driving on them.

If you'd like to check them out in person, I can arrange that. However, I'd prefer not to drive to Fairfax VA unless I have a serious inquiry (russianwol). Its currently $300 obo
