Parting out '73 280

I am parting out a 1973 280. It's 'pea-green' with an ivory MB-Tex interior. It has a very strong engine that runs smooth. It was involved in an accident that did damage to the hood (emblem still intact), and passenger-side fender. It was a daily driver until then.

Since then it sat in a dry field in Colorado for several years and now has surface rust on the undamaged body sections. It was transported on a wheel dolly in neutral without the drive shaft disconnected. It damaged the transmission.

It has a fully rebuilt carburetor and still starts and runs very smooth and quietly. A/C is FREEZING and heat is excellent. Everything (other than damaged sections) works. Let me know your needs and I'll work with you.

His engine, if it's still available, has a carburetor, whereas yours has fuel injection.

I don't know about the M110 engine to say. Somehow I doubt it.
