You can create a photo album on photobucket or a variety of other websites. It's free as long as you let them shove their advertising in. Your ISP also probably provides you with webspace that you can use for a photo album.
For removing badges: Easiest way if they are attached with adhesive is to warm the badge area with a hairdryer (don't go nuts with this) and cut through the adhesive using dental floss between the amblem and the car body. Then clean up the remaining adhesive with the mildest solvent that works. Alchohol might do the job just fine.
