Lug bolts are different, you'll be into some pretty funky spacers...

Yeah I am interested in the wheels but worried about the offset for the W124's or the W202. I thought the 14mm switch happened in the W220's? (Ihave considered buying the 14mm head and seat with the 12mm Shank to have this work/ or switching out the hubs w/e is more cost effective)

Just ran the numbers they will not fit the W202's without 20mm spacers and would stick out 20-27mm. Johnathan of Blueridge MB is right on the spacers. Good luck with sale...
