ok folks, the time has come. the Rials are ready, and these wheels dont fit my W124 wagon properly.
the deal is simple. get me tires for my new wheels [or the funds to make said purchase] and the primes plus tires are yours. this empowers someone to purchase the setup with a credit card.
if you wish to pay cash outright, the price is $500 firm
for this bolt-on no-surprises package
to quote Lee Iacocca... "if you can find a better deal, buy it"... so chiselers and tire kickers, stay away. this is a unique set of wheels for your 80s mercedes that is uncommon and avoids the super high costs of genuine BBS.
the wheels are 16x7 ET18 Prime one piece copies of BBS from the 80s
they are in very
nice condition for their age, with no curbing, no dings, nothing. they are currently sprayed a bronze color. the fake bolts around the perimeter have been replaced with stainless allens. all 4 centercaps are present and functional. 20 correct, new lugs from radusa are included with the deal. there is some minor cosmetic aging to the centercap "nut" on a couple of the wheels, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance.
the tires are 215/50-16 BFG Traction TA that have less than 10K on them. this is a very slightly smaller size than stock, but nothing that affects drive/speedometer/economy. they have great grip, are quiet and are rated for all season.
the tires I require out of this deal are:
2x 205/55-16 Bridgestone RE960AS
2x 225/50-16 Bridgestone RE960AS
[which coincidentally is the same size as an '85 carrera with 16x7 and 16x8 fitment]
if you got a hookup for cheap tires, feel free to use it. all I care is that I have 4 new tires in hand of the type I desire.
prefer to do this deal within driving distance of Portland, Oregon [as it's expensive to pay shipping for wheels with tires] but if the buyer insists and is willing to pick up the shipping materials and costs, I'll consider it. I have a potential local deal that may take priority.
here's the wheels up for offer
ps: I'd trade these for a perfect
