Polyurethane Bushes for many models Group buy

Hi all,

This forum would be new to me but I have started this project since last year. I have a 190E race car in Thailand and wanted to improve the suspension. One way to improve is the polyurethane bushes. So, I started group buys in www.190Rev.net and www.mercedes190.co.uk and the feedback is positive because the bushes are based on OEM replacement bushes.

Then I checked further and found out that not only W201 can use the bushes, other models can bolt-on using the bushes right away. So I make the table for OEM replacement bushes below;

As the last group buy that they are in manufacturing process, The price would be a bit pricy compared to the OEM but, anyway it is right bolt-on and the manufacturer have made the great product in the market right now.

The price that I can talk with the manufacturer is like below summary page;

The good points the bushes design is the Grease Groove inside and outside which will lessen the friction of the sleeve and also keep the grease inside (for inside). So they can reduce the noise.

This is what the first order delivery of packages and after installation;

I just want to check if anybody is interested in the bush so we can get what we have been looking for but nobody made it officially.

best regards,

Ake

DoktorNo and bsmuwk:

For W124, all bushes can be used except engine mount if you have M119, 500E.

The price is in the picture attached, it is clearly stated with picture shown:

For full set, including packing and shipping to your door in USA, it is 1,013 USD for full set.

However, the extra charges (boxes, EMS shipping, and Paypal) depends on what you choose anyway. Then I have to recalculate if you choose only some of the items.

ravi_xx:

For W203, we can only adapt rear outer LCA and rear multilink arms, except toe link because W203 use different bush. The price of both types is 62.00 (Rear LCA) and 205.00 USD (for rear arms) with extra charge which I have to know your destination, then I can calculate based on destination and weight of the stuffs.

Man, those prices are a little steep for my wallet, but it sure is tempting. I bet they last a long time, too...

The manufacturer mentioned for the other models they work that they warranty for 2 years.

It is pretty worth if you you want firmer and longer lasting compared to OEM's in the certain conditions.

As I do not ask them to make the stock at this moment and the manufacturer requires 6-7 sets to start making the bushes, then it would be great if we can collect the request at once and order to start the trigger.

Normally it would take a month to finish but now the manufacturer already has the molds, it should take shorter for the next group buy.
