Sorry for the delay in getting you guys the answers. I just started a new job
Anyway, yes the frame is slightly bent up front. The rest of the body is fine, its the front frame that bent upward. Might affect alignment after it is straightened out, or you might get lucky. It was just too much money for me to find out.
The car was my weekend driver.
I think I can find the receipt for the tranny. It was rebuilt at a shop in Jersey around 03 after the B2 piston gave out and left me stranded. The week before this accident I drove it up to Boston and back no sweat.
The engine was rebuilt in 02. There was a guy called MBenz who use to hang around our Mercedes forums who helped me source out parts for it from Europe to rebuild it. It now has a front seal leak and needs a new water pump.
As you can see from the pics the lights, grille, Hood, bumper, radiator, rad support, right fender are toast and the left fender is buckled but fixable.
The ASD diff seeps. Might need a pinion seal.
The car actually still runs as you see it, but the radiator is cracked and the water hoses are busted.
Any more questions let me know. Thanks!
