Getting the door panel off is easy you just need to take your time. You do not need any special tools or anything. Here is a list of the tools I used:
Large Flat head screw driver
Torqux or Star Head. I think I used a 20 and a 27 but I am not 100% on that.
First, unscrew the torqux head bolt that is near the latch to the door.
Second, Pry the "Airbag" emblem from the door and remove the torqux head bolt from the door.
Third, Use the flat head screw driver to pry the door handle apart where you can see the two parts of it going together. It comes apart fairly easily so do not pry too hard or force anything. Once you have that off you will see two more holes where there are torqux head bolts. Remove both of those bolts
Fourth, Unscrew the door lock/unlock knob
Fifth, Carefully go around the door with the flat head screw drive and pop the panel off of the door. Try and get as close to the white plastic clip as possible to avoid breaking it. When you pry, pry slowly and steady. There are about 10 clips that you have to remove
Sixth, At this point the door panel should come off far enough for you to be able to get at the speaker. Remove the 3 Torquex bolts from the speaker and R&R the old speaker for the old.
Seventh, Follow the directions in reverse to put the panel back on.
I really took my time doing it and it took about 35 minutes to do. I really did not want to break anything and I wanted the door panel to go back on like it had never come off.
I hope this helps and let me know if you have any more questions.
