Thanks for the pictures. It appears to be in good condition. Your new price is in line with NADA trade-in value, so resale at a yet higher price is in doubt. What appear to be aftermarket wheels probably don't add to the value of the car. However, the fact that it appears to be a Lorsiner-optioned vehicle might.
More and better pictures would be helpful, here or in other sales venues--engine, more interior, possible flaws observed in the pictures you've provided, etc.
The fact that this is an auction-purchased vehicle makes your asserted provenance and maintenance history dubious and almost impossible to confirm. Furthermore, a thorough pre-purchase mechanical inspection at an auction is impossible in my experience. Start it up, open the hood, lay in the dirt to peek underneath--that's about it.
Nonetheless, you may get your asking price. It is in the right ball park for an example in good, not excellent, condition. The fact that it is admittedly "a little more complicated" for the buyer, however, argues against this. It is a very tough market with the advantage to the buyers.
