I have had the fluid for about six months, I'm a transmission specialist at a mb dealer and I just save one quart at a time as I get excess, either way as far as I know the fluid does not break down after time, Mercedes does not recommend trans flushes based off time, its all based off mileage which is 38-39k, if you have any other questions just let me know
Thanks!
