For sale is my custom M111 manifold, a Mitsubishi Evo 8 turbo (16G6), and downpipe.
The manifold was build with equal length runners, has smooth port entries, has water cut flanges, is a true twin scroll, and is coated with Swain Tech's ceramic coating (at a cost of $250). The manifold was build to be really tight against the motor to maximize space on the exhaust side of the inner fender. I ran it on a W124 series with a M111 swap, and it should fit a C220, C230, or any other M111 motored car. The manifold was used for ~5000km and has no leaks. The turbo spooled very quick, with 7psi by 2500rpm.
The turbo is from a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8. Its in good shape, and spins freely. NOTE: Two of the exhaust studs broke on removal. I tried my best to drill and tap them again. The one on the far left in the picture is fine, but the one above and to the right has thin threads and would work with a bolt run through and a nut on the other side. I think the turbo can be used as is, however, I've lowered the asking price of the package because of this. Evo 8 turbos sell on ebay for $250 if you need a replacement.
I ran the turbo unclocked in the car, but the fitment was really tight next to the alternator, so i clocked the compressor housing and am happy selling it that way (some tabs are ground off the housing to make it fit).
The downpipe uses the internal wastegate and 2.5".
The Evo 8 wastegate can is included, though the buyer will have to fabricate a bracket for it (I used a different wastegate can and mounted it with the turbo unclocked which made it very close to the alternator/motor mount, and I am uncomfortable selling it that way). I assume if your building a turbo kit, fabricating the odd thing isn't asking too much.
If you have any questions, or want more pictures, send me a PM. Shipping would be by Canada Post to Canada, USPS to the US (ships from Vancouver, B.C.). shipping would be roughly $150 depending on location, and would be insured to the selling price.
Asking $1000 USD, or best offer.
