I think a 3 MM on the front would be fine, since the wheel hub is still long enough to center the wheel properly. On the rear you could use a 20MM spacer, but I would spend the extra money and get the H&R DRA version, the one that bolts to the hub with the supplied bolts, and then your wheel bolts to the spacer, basically an extension of your original hub.
( on the front, make sure that the 3MM spacer is still hubcentric,) and that even with the spacer, you still have a least 15-16MM of thread comming thru. On the rear wheel, no more then 19MM comming thru the back of the wheel.
