Looking for a vacuum fitting

Hello everyone!

I am looking for part number 2018050222 which is a rubber vacuum fitting distributing manifold vacuum to the vacuum check valve, vac reservoir, economy guage and another unknown vacuum line.

Car is 1988 300E.

Any help would be really appreciated!
