Car is located in Savannah, GA. If there is anything I've missed, anything extra that you want to know, send me a PM.
1979 450 SEL - Automatic - odometer stopped working at 126,xxx miles, however the interior shows how much the car was really driven. Especially considering the interior is 100% original. Tires have 90% tread life left. They still have the nipples on them.
The reason I'm saying it's only had one owner, is becuase this car was given to my grandfather. It was given to him from a friend, the original owner. Howard (the original owner) lived in NY. My grandfather had the car shipped down to Savannah, GA. He took it to the shop to have the things below listed done to it, and to have an estimate on how much everything else would cost to replace. After he got the $6,000 estimate he told me he wanted to sell it. That's all its really been driven. I've taken it literally around the block my grandfather lives on twice.
It's been sitting in Savannah for about 2 months. I stop by my grandfathers house weekly to start it up, and let it run for a little.
Things replaced since its come into my possession

Headlight covers, both the plastic and glass ones.

"Check for oil leaks - transmission and antifreeze"
"Hear and air condition do not work properly - fan works"
"Runs rough - plugs replaced recently"
"Just bought vehicle - please check over""
Here's whats wrong.
Radiator apparently has two small leaks in it.
The steering box squeaks. Works fine, I can turn it with my pinky, however it sequels when the wheel is turned. The ac/heat do not work, but the fan blows. So technically, the heat works in the summer and the air conditioning works in the winter. Needs new breaks. Rotors/calipers/pads.
The car does have rust on it, coming from NYC. It looks to be all surface rust, except the one spot near the tire that is pictured.
Please refer to this thread, read over my posts in it along with my posts in this thread to get all the information.
Like I said, the interior looks like it's never been sat in. It's got its small problems here and there, but the most important parts are golden. Front/rear seats look like they've never been sat in.
I'll let the pictures speak for their selves. Send me a PM if you have any questions.
