I have two 107's with windscreens, and I've worried about the (eventual) holes and screen replacement. Yours may be built using the same techiques. There is a guy on "the other" board who did successfully rescreen his 107 windscreen.
I think he's from Florida and I suppose that any homeowner there is an expert on screening and stuffing channels with the spline. The material he used was off the shelf (at least a shelf in Florida) and "close enough". I think he made a small tool to do the corners.
So, screening replacement can be done, if you have the skill, patience, guts, and necessity to do it. In my case, it will be all all of the above because there's no way I'll be spending another $800+ on replacements, even assuming that they will be available in the future.
