Post Can 20" rims fit on a 2006 C-230 Sport?

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me if 20" rims fit on my 2006 C-230 Sport? If so, are they any modifications that I need to make first? Any wheel web site I get on only suggests 19" rims. Thanks for the help.

You CAN put 20's on it. You CAN also put 24's on an AMIGO.

Basically if you wana do the 20's thing even though it will look wacky as hell... you need to run about 8''wide or 7.5 wide... this means your looking at wheels that are almost three times taller then they are wide... Think of your car on Pizza cutters rolling around slicing up pizza and hitting pot holes Sounds silly right...

anyway some people do 20's regardless of how wanabee it looks (to me) and I always say to each there own. If your going to do it you are going to have to go thin width wheels for sure and your still guna have some issues with rubbing while turning the car at all most likely.

I would sugest going with 19's and each time they give you a headach - pot hole, issue with alignment - spacers to make offsets work - rubbing if your not researching your wheels ect ect - then realize it would be 10 fold with 20's

On a E class - S class sure...
On a C ? nahhhhh

2005, C240 4-Matic: Rennen RC2 19's in black with polished lip and rivits Staggered (235/35/8.5 Front 265/30/9.5 rear) with General Exclaim UHP Rubbers -- HID black housing Projectors at 8000k -- Clear side markers --- Flat Brabus Hood badge -- CL Grill all black --- Tints 15% all the way around -- Brabus Door Pins/surrounds

I see your point. I def dont want to sacrifice any comfort/loads of money over just "looks." Thanks. Have any good references for a on-line wheel and tire shop? Let me know! Thanks

Thanks for the input amboy 666 and Joey2Times. I could use your help when it comes time to buy my rims. I have no clue about the spacing and other things along those lines.
