Correct I bought the manual / cd from Mercedes part P-2700-211-06 for my E500 / 03. The first time I showed up with the maintenance sheet showing what was needed in the service and what I had already completed brought the following comment: " Where did you get all that information " from the service mgr. My answer bought the manual from your parts dept. Now after 5 years of owning the car we have a great partnership in maintaining the car. At times I will do A/B service and others the dealer does the service.

Sometimes it is easier for me to do the A/B vs driving 200 miles to the dealer.

So if you don't have a manual I really recommend you obtain one.
