WTB: Parts W126

Well... as I'm ashamed to admit... I had a little fight with a curb in the rain a few weeks ago. Someone lost control of their car, so in an effort to avoid them, I lost control too. I bent a few parts for the front right wheel/suspension, and getting the parts was too expensive ($1100). My insurance company suggested totalling the car, but theres no way in almighty hell I am letting my car go. It's been in the family for over 20 years. So heres the thing, I've been looking in the area (craigslist, even myspace classifieds) for another W126. I have found a few, but I want to find one $1000 and lower with the front suspension in good condition and Palomino interior that I can scrimmage some stuff from. Also, the same type wheel I have. The cars under $1000 I've found so far match what I want, but unfortunately didn't have Palomino interior. I don't have very much money, and $1000 is all I've got. So... my point is... I was wondering if anyone in the Orange County area, atleast within 50 miles or so, has or knows where I can get another W126. The engine can be crap and the paint can be screwed, I don't care. In fact I'd prefer that, to keep costs down. I just need the parts. I'll leave some pics behind so you can see the wheels/damage. I also have it on Cardomain.com/Myspace.com

MySpace

If you can help me, I'd appreciate it 100%. Send me a message if you can.

I think I might have what you are looking for if you still want to go with the AMG look, I wanted the same look but have way too many other projects going on and I will be moving soon and don't want it at the new house.

1991 420 sel black on black, euro headlights with new bosch lenses all wired up with the city light, real AMG pentas, real gen 1 AMG body kit (yes it will work on a gen 2 car), front and rear gen 1 euro bumpers plus a ton of spare parts. Located in Hemet, ca 92545
please call to come see it 714-293-4059 thanks

Those look like stock wheels, right? What suspension parts do you need? I have a 560SEC I'm parting out and although you can't have the whole car, maybe I have the parts you need (wheels, suspension)?

I'm nobody when it comes to identifying suspension parts... do the pics help at all? Maybe I should take a photo at another angle...? I appreciate your help too, I've never been on a board so supportive. If the parts from an SEC work on an SEL then I'm all for it. From what I can remember, I need basically everything thats actually connected to the wheel... the whole front right side of the suspension.

I had a friend tell me the majority of the stuff I would need

Thrust arm
Lower right control arm
Upper control arm
Central control arm
All control arm bushings
Sway bar
Shock
Spring
Spindle

Whatever else is affiliated with all the above parts. I don’t need the actual steering stuff though. More or less, the best way I can put it, I need the whole big chunk of stuff there, hub and all. Is it possible to take the whole thing off as one piece? I don’t need the wheel, but the lugs I kinda need too… The brake/caliper isn’t needed either.

If you could send those things, you would make my life twice as easy. It’s proving to be hard to get that kind of stuff. How much do you want for it all? (or did you even want money for them?) It would be hefty, but I’ll pay full cost on shipping.

I have your parts

Hello, pm me if you want the parts, I am about to send a 86 mb 560 sel to the bone yard. No accidents, i already sold the hood, the engine is no good but the body, suspension as well as interior are in perfect cond , what ever you need I am sure I have, and for the right price. As a matter of fact I would be happy to sell the whole car for a couple of hundred dollars. I have a repair shop in Wilmington near the 110 freeway and pch.
