Question Looking for: '05 CPO C230K SS Capri Blue/Ash

Hi everyone,
I guess the title pretty much sums it up. I'm in the market for my first Benz, but haven't had much luck looking for the right one with all the specs I'm looking for. Here's what I'm looking for:

2005 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor 4-Door Sedan
Starmark Certified
359 – Capri Blue Metallic Exterior
118 – Ash Leather Upholstery Interior
423 – 5 Speed Automatic Transmission
275 – 10-Way Power Driver’s Seat and Steering Column with Memory
873 – Heated Front Seats
326 – Sunroof Package
819 – 6 Disk Glove Compartment Mounted CD Changer
Mileage: at least 20,000 miles

The reason for the mileage: lower price. I would be fine with one up to 30K miles. I had a pretty good deal at MB of Wilmington DE a few weeks ago. Their car, with all of the above (19K miles), CPO, plus the 2-year extended warranty for $27,500. Original price was $28,760 before dealing them down and adding the 2 year warranty. The sticking point was whether to get the additional 2 years or not. By the time they e-mailed me back the car was sold.

I've been searching MBusa's nationwide search as well as autotrader.com. There are very few of these around, but it seems that MB of Escondido CA has the monopoly on them: 4 of them. But their prices are waaay too high: about $30,000. Plus they don't have the heated seats (don't think you need them in SoCal). I'm still debating on whether to get these or not (I live in RI, and it gets cold up here, but my commute is only 4 mins). I'm thinking if one became available with the 219 Lighting Package and no heated seats, I'd go for it. Suggestions?

So, I was wondering if anyone knows of any MB dealerships around them that may have one of these around. I can only come up with so many www.whatevercity.mercedescenter.com sites. Plus it seems like MBusa's nationwide search isn't as updated as each MB dealership's inventory. I was kinda hoping to get one at a MB dealership only because of the CPO certification. But I'm open to suggestions otherwise and whether a non-MB dealership would be better. I'm sure non-MB would be less $$$. I was looking to spend about $26,000.

Comments/suggestions and any help would be greatly appreciated in helping me purchase my first MB. Thanks all !!!
