If you clean the wheels and put a little dressing on the tires, you could probably do a lot better than what you're asking...

In the Philippines, they're commonly called:

BENZ1 rims

and/or

CAMPAGÑOLO rims

I think I remember reading where Mercedes called them Baroque rims....but Bundt cake rims is the one most people use for a name.
