{My speedo says 260 k/hr, I have gone 240 (on the track) with it though which is quite close to 260 considering wind resistance was againts me. }

Oh pooh. I've done 240 in my wagon on I-95 between DC and Baltimore. And I was in third place.

Mariland? I got a fat ticket from one of them Mariland State Natzis way back in the double nickel days. They used vascar (radar detectors are useless against it) & clocked me at 73 mph. I was traveling from Charleston to northern New Jersey on a three day pass. I would leave Charleston Navy base early evening & arrive NNJ around 6AM. Always knew to slow down in Virginia & Mariland. The cop was sitting in a rest area, clocking traffic -- always slow down by rest areas. Those were the good old days, playing cat & mouse with the double nickel boys.

In old days, back in Europe, where cars don't have limiters I had my VW Scirocco needle resting solid on 230 kph speedometer end stop.
Blue Book is always low on German cars, while is blowing out of proportions the American ones.
Odometer accuracy can be confirmed by Carfax.
Nice car Andrzejek. I sold my Porsche in CA after short ownership, because I found roads too bumpy and speed limits too ridiculous.
Good luck on your sale.
