Trade 74 Volkswagen Thing/Safari

1974 VW Thing, lots of recent work. New parts on car, Tie rod ends, tie rods, antenna, front shocks, rear shocks are fairley new, master cylinder, brake fluid Reservoir , steering dampner, passenger side Axle with CV joints, new bolts from the thing shop, dual cup holder, rebuilt factory jack and Thing Shop duck boards. New not installed (horn button and turn signal switch). The side windows NEED new skins and plastic, I have all four. Located just outside of Orlando Florida 321-284-1892 I've spent over $8500 since Feb 05, best offer.

Under the battery has been repaired and I can see rust on the passenger side near the front
seat,(http://www.celebrationhousehunters.com/images/thing/old/newphotos/panrust.jpg) I'd say the slot is about 4 inched long

The Thing still needs some work, the turn signal do not blink, I have a new turn signal switch, but I have not installed it.

There was a sweak coming from the passenger side rear and I thought it was the CV joints and axel, so I bought a new one and had it installed.

I am interested in an older low milage MB.
