FS: 1989 560SEL 77K MILES MINT MINT MINT IN CA

This is a really fantastic 1989 560SEL with 77K original miles. I had an independent inspection report done and it passed with flying colors (email me for details). White with palamino, all original body panels with VIN# stickers all in place. EVERYTHING works, including all seat motors, windows, sunroof, seat heaters, lights, vacuum locks, HVAC (A/C is icy cold, heat super hot).

I have lots of service records including a stamped MB maintenance booklet. A California car most of its life. 17" AMG Monobloc II's with new tires give it a very aggressive stance.

Cosmetically, besides the couple of exceptions listed below, the car could win a car show event. The paint is absolutely stunning..shines like a mirror, not a single ding or dent anywhere. Truly outstanding. The interior condition is also beyond mint.....carpets, headliner, seats, leather, dash, and especially the wood trim is all fantastic.

This car drives and looks like new and is in perfect mechanical condition. I just spent days detailing the entire car, including a full clay-bar of the entire painted exterior, then machine polish, hand wax, and hand teflon sealant. It feels like glass, and looks like a mirror. The interior came out just as well, as did trunk and engine bay. Email me for more pics.

To be a true show car, it needs to have a section of leather on the driver's bolster replaced (1.5" tear, but all other leather surfaces are mint), and there are two small vertical cracks on the bottom of the front bumper from a curb you can see when squatting in front of the car. The right front fender (only) was repainted a long time ago due to a scratch, but the panel is original, no bodywork. It is a good job, but for it to be as perfect as the rest of the car you might want to repaint the fender. Wheels have some curb rash but overall look very nice and the faces of the spokes are in great shape.

Please understand I am very finicky, and most people would not notice the things listed above. It's a GREAT car, looking for a great owner.

Asking price is $12,000. Car is located in Sunnyvale, CA.
