feeler: FS 19" DPE wheels

Set of DPE wheels, gauging interest, recently purchased from DPE directly. Specs:

Type: R-05 Variant S with black powdercoated and clearcoat centers with polished lips (inner and outer)
Size: 19x8" Front, 19x10" Rear
Construction: Forged centers, lightweight (23 - 25 lbs), polished shells
Offset: et28 Front, et35 Rear
Lips: 1" Front, 3.5" Rear
Will fit: Mercedes Benz, includes hubrings for an R230 SL but will fit any MB vehicle...i.e S, SL, CLS, CLK, E-class etc...etc...as long as you get the right hubrings from DPE and the widths can be accomodated with the given offsets

I didn't think these worked well on my car, with black centers on a black car it was too much black. DPE had these re-polished, refinished, and brought back to what they consider "new" condition before they sent them to me so they are in great shape as I've been told, I only drove a few miles on them literally from the tire shop to my house and back. I barely drove on them at all, in fact the tires are still new. I like 19"s so I'm going to keep the tires and looking to see if there's interest out there for the wheels.

trades welcome...please post or send me pics. I do like the shiny polished lips Aluminum or chrome...simple to clean centers are best, silver, polished or even black (depending on how it looks/style)

Not my choice. I don't like black wheels and all of those screws, tooooo busy.

Those would look great on a black car, but (IMO) not on anything else.

If I trade it would probably be for a multi-piece wheel with forged centers...ussually lighter than a heavier cast wheel

I think those would look just fine on a white or silver car especially.

I put a non-refundable deposit on another set of wheels and must sell these. Please make a reasonable offer. Although I prefer local and can deliver locally (MD, DC, VA etc...) I can ship as well.

c'mon someone's gotta want these rims...you guys know the quality and fit & finish of wheels like HRE, DPE and the like...all high end wheels that are forged, lightweight, and look fantastic with a nice polished lip!

how about $2,350 plus shipping...that's a steal!

to the top! some people like the black centers and some don't (heck you could always get the centers stripped again for a full shiny aluminum look or have the wheels chromed if you like...for the price that I'll sell them you could do that and still pay less than a new set!) but one thing is for sure...I'll work with the buyer to make this a great deal for them. I need to sell these, my new set is coming and I have already paid so these wheels must go!
