Wow just checked this today and I'm not surprised it already sold that quick! Well let me know if you do have another pair for sale for the W123 sedan. Thanks mang.
I just wanted to update this thread here because the sedan bumpers are headed to Alaska via San Francisco.
Just finished packing them up a while ago. Please excuse the mess, we've had a water leak and had to move furniture to one side of the room. Otherwise, I've blanked out the destination address for obvious reasons, but just wanted to show that it's been packed and ready to go.
Can you guess which bumper went to which box?
Oh and I also went crazy with zip ties, to prevent the mounting brackets and rubber ends from being tossed around (and incurring damage). I've added the remaining bubble wrap to the ends too and where the bumpers are exposed in the pic, but didn't take pics anymore.
I also forgot to take pics of the rear bumper during packing, because I got too involved... nonetheless it's in one of the boxes you'll see
Thanks...(free bump - the coupe bumper is still up for grabs)
I believe eBay Germany just had an identical bumper sell for 200 Euro (roughly $300) and it had a rust spot. The one I'm selling does not have a rust spot at all.
To answer your question, they will, but they won't look right. Coupes have the 3-piece bumpers with chrome wraparounds, sedans and wagons had the rubber covers at each end, except the 280E which I believe had the same 3-piece wraparound bumpers.
