1982 MB 240D 4dr sedan. White, tan interior, 4spd manual. Runs good.
Miles: 200,000+ (speedometer doesnt work--I think it's probably a cable), clutch master cylinder replaced 1.5yrs ago, after I purchased it. Starter solonoid was going bad, so I replaced the entire starter with a good used starter (still have the orig starter--which is good, except for the solonoid). Vacc pump has a leak, which affects power doorlocks and engine kill switch. I've seen vacc pump diaphram kits pretty cheap online from MB parts sources. Some minor rust on the right rear wheel well. Interior isn't bad, some rips in the drivers seat. A/C doesn't work--not sure why, i've never bothered to check it out. Has Sunroof, euro foglights F&R, original german firstaid kit (nto sure if anything would be good anymore though!). Tires are pretty good, I installed the rear ones last summer--they're a size smaller so they don't look quite right. I drive it to work occassionally, but we need to downsize the # of vehicles we've currently got. I had bought it a couple years ago to turn into a grease-car conversion, but I don't think i'll ever get that project started.
