Thanks for the nice comments, PMs etc...car is still for sale. One interested party, after seeing the many pics, called her a 'ten-footer', which while a little insulting, is probably fairly accurate. This car is not a trailer queen, not a perfect, museum piece...just a very nice, well-preserved, well-loved W114 coupe.
I was the interested party and while navydave might have been a little insulted at first by my 10 footer comment and the car wasn't what I was looking for when I found out the particulars, I will say this...................
If someone is looking for a very respectable driver and not looking for show potential, the selling price of $5K that navydave has now set is a very fair price. The car is absolutely a nice driver for someone looking to cruise in a fine old M-B, and I am sure that whoever gets it will fully enjoy it.

Good luck with the sale.
Thanks, jh225.
For everyone viewing, please know that I will be thorough in explaining everything that is not perfect on the car, and I will probably ramble on a bit about what's great about it. My main concern is that this car goes to someone who will take care of it, maybe make it better, and show it the respect its survivor status merits.

heh, i would have bought it ages ago if you were in Canada. Shipping quote, open truck from FL is coming out to about $2k, though still worth it, my bank wont allow it.
