This is a bit mis-leading, as this bag only fits the 98-99 steering wheels. Although, it is the same physical shape as the 92-97 wheels, the way it mounts is different. So if you don't have a 98-99 steering wheel, this won't fit.

I tried to fit a 98 airbag to a 95 wheel and discovered this the hard way.

Yeah, theres something about this guy's signature that disturbs me, and I just cant put my finger on it.

But I guess theres nothing realy to worry about anyway.
I mean its not like his signature is actually a disclaimer protecting him against anything he states on BENZ World.

Just for the W140 users thats not the case, only with some of the early 1992's there wheels are different but all the bags that mount in them are the same. MB recommends the bags be replaced every 15 years so if your not sure ring the dealer and get them to fax or email you the pics of WIS to see.
