FS: Nice Black W126 interior $750, comes with free car!
Ive had it with my 1987 420SEL. It was running good up until yesterday and now I think it has an internal fuel distributor leak. Engine is in good condition transmission shifted ok, brakes are not that old, body is rusty but structurally sound. All glass is good and has a really nice tint. Interior is just about perfect. Drivers seat has a very small wear mark on the bolster, not worn through or torn just slightly discolored. Dash has a TINY crack above the cluster but you would never notice it. Carpet is pretty good, wood is not cracked, headliner is tight and clean, power seats work great. Nothing like a s-class with a rich black leather interior. I had it almost sold for $1800 in running condition but if you show up with a trailer now its yours for $1500. Fix and drive it, part it out, or push it off a cliff. Title is clear as well. Send me an email: mattnbrady(at)gmail(dot)com or call me at 1 - 5 8 5 - 4 1 4 - 2 4 0 2 . I am located in Rochester, NY.

Reason: price drop!
Bump and price drop to $750. This is really a great deal for a parts car. Engine and drivetrain are not hurt. Fix the fuel issue and drive it or strip the parts off it. If it does not go t this price I will part it out and junk what is left.
You said it! I really need it out of the driveway before too much snow comes. $750 is about what Ive put into it just in the last months so Im just trying to break even!
Ok I decided I will part it if I can get enough people to commit to buying parts; I don't want to get stuck with a car that is only missing a few things. Here are the major components and what I will be looking to get for them. I am totally open to offers on everything.
2nd gen lower panels: $200?
Pretty nice hood: $150
complete interior (seats, doors, dash, everything) $400
Seats only: Have a bid for $175, anyone want them more than that?
Wood only (console is burl, rest is zembrano, all nice): $100
Engine (good except for fuel system issues) $300
Transmission (shifts a little slow but liveable) $100
Differential (open, stock gears, nothing special) $50
Taillights: $30
Ignition module, EZL, I have 2 good ones and a bad one: $150 each for good, $50 for bad
DOT headlights: $40
Euro headlights (Bosch, need lenses) $100
Obviously I also have all the relays, modules, etc that seem to go for decent money so if you need anything like that make me an offer, just low-ball me too much cause I can check their value with about 5 mins on eBay, I will give you guys good deals, though. I have no idea how to ship big stuff but if you figure it out and pay for it Im up for it. Like I said Im not doing this if I can't get commitments for some of the "big money" stuff so make your offers!
