I have a set of great xenon headlight that will fit a 2000 - 2002 E-class (any model). The lights work perfect. There is a unnoticable scrath on the left headlight (see pics). You can not even see the scratch when the lights are installed. These are a huge upgrade in lighting output compard to stock halogen. The stock xenons look and work great.
Installation is easy and they are ready to go. I am including the xenon bulbs also which cost $100 each at the dealership alone. The lights retail for over $1600 new.
These are in great condition and the scratch can be wet buffed away using sand paper (search forums on how to do this). I would do this but do not have the time. The lights look new if you do this (although they are in nearly perfect condition as is).
