Wtb: Lease Assumption On Ml

Would like to assume the lease on a ML (350 or 500) with the following options/pkgs:

P2 or P3
Heating Package
Rear-Seat Ent. (Single or Dual)
Bi-Xenon

Must have at least 1K/miles per month left.

Car must be in perfect conditon and not smoked-in. Prefer to deal locally within 100 miles of NJ.
