For Sale W126 GREY SEATS from 89 SE

Mercedes Grey Seats for model w126. Both front Bucket seats and the rear bench seat. These seats are in very good to excellent condition for their age. They came out of my 89 300SE. As usual, the seat bottoms on my car were pretty worn and cracked from normal wear and age. I spent over $600.00 on new front seat bottom upholstery from World Upholstery and rebuilt both front seats. After a lot of work, the seats came out very nicely. No sooner did I finish the seats that I found a complete interior including door panels from a low mileage wreck. My panels needed replaced and the new seats were perfect, so I couldn’t pass them up, and so now I have a complete extra set of seats and I need rid of them.

I’ve taken over 20 photos, including many close-ups, to try to show you the true condition of these seats. I’ve even taken photos of the imperfections to stop any misunderstandings. I’ve had no success attaching my photos to this forum, but I would be happy to email my photos to a serious prospect.

The worst looking areas of the front seats are the seat Backs. There are numerous scratches, but they are replaceable or easily recovered. There is one minor scratch on the passenger side of the rear seat bottom and I have tried to show that in the photos. These are complete seats including the plastic trim pieces and all the adjustment motors. They operated perfectly when I removed them from the car late last summer. All that needs to be done is to install them and hook up the wiring.

These things are big and heavy and will have to be shipped by truck. I saved the wooden crates my new seats came in and will reuse them. I will help you with locating a shipper and will contact them for pricing. I know I paid over $400 shipping for about 500 miles. I will try to find the least expensive shipping service. I am located just north of Pittsburgh. If you wish to pick them up, great.

Looking for $700.00 plus shipping. Please contact me using private messages. dbgeibel
