Sport suspension components removed from a 2005 Mercedes SLK350 w/AMG Package with 7,613 miles. I replaced these components with the standard suspension parts to increase ground clearance and improve ride comfort. I like the look of the AMG package but I need the extra ground clearance to clear driveway entrances with a little more safety margin. Already had front bumper repainted twice in the last 10 months. A standard body SLK350 would have about 140mm ground clearance with these components. All of the fasteners used to secure the suspension parts are one time use self-locking nuts and bolts and are NOT included. The part numbers for the parts are listed below. The rear springs are the same for the sport suspension and the non-sport suspension, so I did not change the rear springs. There are two possible sport suspension front springs for the SLK350. The 171 321 10 04 part number will work for an SLK350 with automatic transmission. This spring may also work for a SLK350 w/MT or a SLK280 if there are enough options to bring up the curb weight of the car to the range for this spring. If your SLK350 has a standard front spring with a white-blue-blue color code, then the sport springs pictured here will fit your car.

Part numbers are:

171 320 03 30 (Front strut)

171 326 02 00 (Rear shock)

171 321 10 04 (Front spring - color code yellow-blue-blue)

Do you know if the shocks and struts will work on SLK280? I have standard suspension with Brabus Springs on my 280, and looking for stronger shocks and struts.

I am fairly certain that the SLK280 shares the SLK350 shock/strut part numbers. I will do some research to confirm this. I know the front springs are interchangeable.

I have not been able to confirm the part numbers for the SLK280. The part number for the non-sport suspension rear shock on the SLK350 is 171 326 01 00. You should be able to see this part number on the lower end of your rear shocks if the SLK280 uses the same shock numbers as the SLK350. The numbers are relatively small so it helps if you don't need bifocals.
