Looking to add bluetooth (phone) and Ipod

Hello all -
I recently purchased a 2005 SL500 and am looking to add connectivity for a bluetooth phone (blackberry curve) and an IPod - preferably with video.

I read dozens of posts and it seems like I'll need the following:
Bluetooth
- cable
- "puck"

Ipod
- Dension GW500

Can anyone DEFINITIVELY fill in the (likely many) missing pieces, part numbers, etc?
Also, can both of these items be installed (and work) at the same time?

You can also look at Mobridge they have a unit that does both. NAV-TV also makes a Ipod Interface and Tooki makes a BT
