CHANGE BRAKE FLUID (FLUSH AND BLEED)

Does anyone have instructions on how to change brake fluid (flush and bleed)?

My ride is 43k miles, do I need to change it?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Reccomended to change brake fluid every 2 yrs, primarily to reduce any condensation / water in fluid
