New SL500 Owner - Howdy! - Question

Just "fell into" sweet deal on a 2003 SL500 - just couldn't pass on it, and traded a 2001 Corvette to move up in "CLASS"! awesome ride so far!

Now the question - what aftermarket, or does MB have a "mud tray" for the SL500? would like to keep the carpet clean from mud, etc.

welcome....fell into a similiar situation last feb, got rid of my 2000 corvette for a sl500 with all the goodies i wanted at a incredible price and hardly any mileage!!!! do the brake recall that was issued !!!!! try performance products, superior auto for special mats..these are the ones i have

Get them at the dealer. Check out my rubber tray that I got from MBUSA. I have Mercedes rubber mats in my SLK and SL500.

Yeah get the from the dealer much more convenient and better fit IMO

thanks for all the responses! now, another question - car was sold with OZ rims - dealer has no clue what model they are - here's hoping folks on the Forum can help me identify for insurance replacement purposes - want to be sure I can get them repaired/replaced if needed

well, personally was hoping to buy the new 2006 Z06 - had deposit on one, but when dealer was selling around me - had enough! very happy with the SL500!

The name of the rim is Opera from OZ.
