2007 SLK Headlight module swap

My 2007 SLK280 came with the standard halogen headlamp units. I saw advertised, on eBay, a new oem set of the optional bi-xenon headlamp units. Would anybody know if these replacement bi-xenon units are a simple plug in conversion or would it involve additional parts/wiring/onboard computer programming?

Thay are just plug and play. I made this conversion to my SLK. One thing you have to do is to enable the option via STAR Diagnose.

Second it will not have the option of auto calibration.

COMAND, of course is the radio and not the general descriptor of the car's computer system.
