Need Some Help, Please!

I bought speakers for my 2005 SLK350 and I cannot figure out how to remove the door panel. I have searched the forum, but only found how to do this on the SLK320, etc. The 350 doesnt have any visible screws, or SRS badges, etc. If anyone can help, much appreciated!

Page eleven in this PDF shows the panels removed but doesn't show HOW to do it. I'm sure that someone has posted a photot here somewhere...

So....does anyone know if the panel is pretty much held on by clips or screws? I have removed three screws on the side that hold on a silver plate.... but now I am at a loss, dont want to break anything.......
