Hate to say it but from the time I watched the camera car seemed to have the better line and was actually having to hold back because of the one in front
Astute observation. John (car in front) doesn't have the track time I do but is learning at a very good clip. Right now, at TWS, I'm turning about 2-3 seconds faster per lap with no traffic. That was the purpose of this video, to give him something to study.
Very good film for learning from, not often you have that perspective of someone filming you from behind.
Definately helps to show moving to the outside before the corner and then using the full width of the track so you can bring the power on quicker as you power out.
