300 vs. 350 Wheels

Is it just me, or are the new stock wheels on the '09 SLK300 nicer than the ones on the 350?

Depends. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." If I had a choice between the two, I'd probably opt for the '09 wheels. I have the stock 350 wheels, though, and they look just fine to me.

Just checked them out on the mbusa Web site. I vote for the wheels on the 300. They are a little sleeker looking. I've never cared much for the "fan-type" wheel treatment. Makes the wheel look too "bulky." But that's just a personal thing. I know others like them. Interesting to see that the wheels on the 55 are similar to the stock wheels on my car.

yea they looker much sportier. Like, why would mb do that? shouldnt the 350 be the performance one?

same way the C300s wheels are NOT as nice as the AMGs on the C350s.
