Question The Right Sport Airbox for my 350 - Help needed

Hello.
I want to change the normal Airbox I actually have

with the sport one.
I have a SLK 350 built in 2004.
Now.. My Merc Dealer told me the the SPORT Airbox for me it is the A 273 090 1201 which is different from the one I found aroun the net (Sport Pack 952 Aircleaner P/N A 273 090 06 01) can yuo please help me to figure out if I have to order the 1201 instead of 0601?

I found that may airbox are on the maket:

A273090 0201
A273090 0601 (Luftfiltergehäuse "Silber Matt" ??)
A273090 0901

A273090 1201
A273090 1301

Which one should I take to have the new SPORT Airbox?

Thank You all.

Maybe your browser don't see picture. Enable it.
I just posted in my first post the pics.
It claim to have better air flow, better sound.

There is one box only. Mercedes changed the numbers, that´s all. xxx601 and xxx1201 are okay. The sound is amazing - up to 3500rpm the sound is changing from a bear to a tiger.

You´ll get the box for the 6 cyl. only, it´s each penny worth and belongs to the standard Sport Package. At mbgtc.de German customers are able to buy it for "little" money, about 100,00 Euro.

I´m driving the box since 08/06, so I was one of the first users worldwide. In combination with a Piecha Performance exhaust system it´s perfect, because the exhaust sounds below 3000rpm.

Do I have to contact MBGTC via email to buy it?
Here the price is 280 euro!
I'll buy right now if you tell me that I can contact them and buy it

Put #1 into the last position and go for "Warenkorb". Control what you´ve ordered fullfill the blank form with your name and adress, accept the license and try your best. Hope it works for a foreigner too.

Daniele, call me by telephone - you find the number under OWL-SLK-Gallier - "impressum". Then we try it directly.

Hi. I just have had today my new Sport Airbox installed.
I have noticed immediately that my fuel consumption has rised very much.
Should my MB Garage remap the eeprom for better fuel consumption?

It is rised from 10 Liters/100Km (2.64 US Gallons/62 Miles) to 14 Liters/100Km (3.7 US Gallons/62 Miles)

I saw the Sport Airbox have holes in the back of the air intake... will the air be less in the engine at low RPM with this holes in the back air intake?

This increased fuel consumption upset me quite a bit.

Can anyone please help me to understand if that is normal and how to limit the fuel consumption?

Thank You for you help.
Regards
Thank You
