I know this is not exactly what you want, but it's the best I can do. Here are a couple of photos of my pewter car that you can compare to one of the many Iridium photos posted.

Both colors are beautiful with the pewter a little darker than iridium and with a hint of gold.

Hope that helps some until some can give you an actual side-by-side.

Sorry, I don't have pictures either but there is a big difference between the 2 colors. I have the iridium silver and I think is is "shinier" but "darker" than the diamond silver. The diamond silver is a "flatter" silver but seems brigher and whiter under the sun. HTH...I am of course partial to the iridium.

Diamond silver is light blue, iridium silver is your traditional silver. Here's a good pic for comparison,

Oops. Looks like I misread the original post and thought diamond silver was pewter. Duh!

Here's a pic of my Diamond Silver:
It changes with the light, sometimes blueish other times like it's frosted.

Ynot's photo is a perfect example of the two colors. Until recently, I'd never seen Diamond Silver in person. Looking at the MB sales brochure, it was hard to distinguish between the two colors. I'd describe as follow: Iridiun Silver is shiney silver, Diamond Silver is light blue metallic. One is silver and the other light blue. BIG difference between the two. As everyone has favorites, my favorite is definitely Iridium silver. Diamond Silver is more unique because there are less MBs in that color. I once had a Corvette in the light blue metallic. I considered silver but went with the light blue metallic for the contrast with the aluminum wheels.

So Diamond Silver should be called Frost Blue or something, most of time these color names can be confusing or contradictory like BMW's Carbon Black is actually a very dark iridescent blue. But Pewter is a great color and that's my future SLK with charcoal leather.
