That raises a number of questions. Wasn't the last DVD £360 or something in the UK? Can we expect it to be fairer this time round? Are all languages on the same DVD, in other words can we just buy one from Germany and avoid being ripped off? And of course, are there any interesting COMAND software updates with the new version?

I think MB UK price accessories using the 'what can we get away charging for this' methodology.
Give your dealer a ring and see what price they quote!
All previous versions of the DVD have been pan-european (economies of scale and all that) - you can buy one from any european country and it'll work. I see no reason for this one to be any different.
I'm told TMC for the UK is finally included, but i don't have the DVD in front of me yet to confirm this 100%
Oh, yes the M6 Toll should also be on this version at last!
Exactly. The dealer couldn't give me a straight answer on whether TMC was enabled for the UK (which is the only reason I would get it) -- do you have better info, Ian?
Incidentally, the disk would need to be ordered from Germany on a non-expedited basis, so we are talking early January if ordered today.
