It will fit, EDSLK has this setup on his 350, should be the same with the 55, recommended tire size of 265/30, anything bigger will probably need the fenders rolled. Do a search for 19" wheels.

RE: 19" wheels?

i've ordered the slk 350 and have already agreed to perform a tuning from Brabus (B7 Performance kit,15 HP/15 KW extra power). Besides this i will replace wheels and rims and will put the BRABUS Monoblock VI, twin-spoke design, 8.5Jx19, modular, tires 225/35 ZR 19 FA + RA, optionally 9.5Jx19 modular rear with 225/35 ZR 19. They will fit perfectly to the car.

RE: 19" wheels?

10" width is risky if not done by a skilled wheel fitiment expert. 9.5" will give you the same look without worries, but still be careful of the fitiment.

the only thing is that DPE's website states that they only offer 19 rears in 10". my other option would be to get the 18 in 9". really want the 19. what size are your rear hre?

RE: 19" wheels?

19x10 in the rear will fit, I confirmed it with Derrick from iForged but he doesn't recommend tires bigger than 265/30, 19x9.5 is ideal but 10's will work.

HRE won't put 10" wide on. I've got 9.5. Looks great with 265/30's. Can you really tell a half inch difference with the same tires?

believe me i don't care if they are 9 1/2, its just that DPE doesn't offer them less than 10" in 19s.

p.s. your car looks really good.

RE: 19" wheels?

I have recently installed Brabus Monoblock V, 19 x 8.5 front and 19 x 9.5 rear with 235 35 19 & 265 30 19 respectively. Must say, fit perfectly. Although, i needed 5mm space in the front. My car didn't come with sport suspension.
